Careful control processes

Industrial metal production cannot do without continuous control. We have created efficient processes for each of our workplaces, thanks to which we will catch any faulty piece, whether it is the creation of cuts or bending on a press brake. It is necessary to pay attention to other aspects in every activity.

What do we focus on during the inspection?

We require our suppliers to certify the delivered material, which is a guarantee of quality. The ability to accurately measure the blanks (length dimensions, diameters, spacings, angles, shape and position deviations, runout, perpendicularity, parallelism) is also important for the control of final products.
